Swiftsell has developed a functionality that allows its customers to connect their Google Calendar and Google Sheets with our product. Connecting your Google Calendar and Google sheets to your Swiftsell account allows us to associate your account with your information on Google, to see your personal information. The connection will allow you to read and write data on Google sheets directly from your chat bots and to schedule calendar events in your Google Calendar directly from our product. We do not store or share any of your personal information on your Google Calendar and Google sheets. You may choose not to connect your Google Calendar and Google Sheets with Swiftsell.

Swiftsell app complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We don't sell or transfer data to any third party companies neither the data accessed via Google Workspace APIs is used for any kind of machine learning or artificial intelligence model.

Swiftsell logs and stores session usage of our product to be able to debug any issues.

It is necessary and mandatory for us to be able to collect/store this information for you to be able to use our Services and its basic features. You have the right, at any time, to choose not to provide us with any of this information and to ask us to delete the same, if required. However, doing so may result in your subsequent deletion of your account and the inability to continue using any part of Service.

Usage of Information

Information collected may be used for following general purposes:

  1. To perform data analysis and statistical analysis through our tools to improve the content, and to improve our Services;
  2. To notify you about any changes or modifications to our Site, or terms and conditions;
  3. To respond quickly and efficiently to any queries, feedback, or issues;

All the information that we collect from you during your usage of Services is stored on servers hosted in India. We access the information on the cloud and use globally accepted standards for ensuring and maintaining the protection, security, confidentiality, and privacy of all data on its servers.

We may share your personal information to our affiliates and third parties to help us provide and improve our Services.
