Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our app (Swiftsell). By registering and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your use of the App. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
3. Data Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property: The App and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the App’s owner or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide a reliable and secure App, but we do not guarantee its continuous availability or absence of errors. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
7. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
8. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these terms.
9. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your annual subscription, you may do so at any time during your subscription period. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for the following cycle.
10. Refund: We offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription. Refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of the cancellation request.
11. Refund Exceptions:
- Refunds will not be provided for any add-ons, extra services, or customizations purchased in addition to the base subscription.
- Refunds will not be provided in cases of violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
